This travel package provides 2 adults with a 6-night stay in a private apartment located in
Cortona, Italy, and includes a cooking show and dinner prepared by a local private chef.
Accommodations and excursions are subject to change and availability without notice, at
which time they will be substituted with an equivalent option. Reservations must be
booked at least 90 days in advance. Package expires 24 months after date of purchase.
Airfare and airport transfers are not included. Additional nights and travel with less than 90
days advance booking may be available as an upgrade at an additional cost. A valid
passport is required at the time of booking your trip for all international travel. Your
personal travel concierge can arrange excursions and transportation upon request at an
additional cost. Travel during holidays and peak periods is subject to availability and may
require an additional cost. This certificate may not be resold or donated to an organization
and is not refundable.

Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation Online Auction – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation's online auction! By participating, you agree to the following terms:
1. Auction Overview
The auction includes a variety of items such as vacation packages, gift certificates for local attractions, and physical goods.
All proceeds support the mission and programs of the Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
2. Bidding and Payment
All bids are final and binding.
Winning bidders will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
Payments must be completed within 72 hours of auction close.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (subject to a 3% processing fee), PayPal, Cash, or Check (payable to Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation).
Each winning bid is subject to a 3% fee for the auction platform provider. This fee will be collected at the time of payment.
3. Item Collection and Shipping
Local pick-up is available and preferred. Pick-ups must be completed by May 23, 2025, unless alternate arrangements are approved.
Winning bidders are responsible for all shipping costs for items requiring delivery.
Shipping is available only within the continental United States unless otherwise noted.
4. Gift Certificates and Experience Items
Please review all expiration dates and restrictions on gift certificates and experience packages.
The Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation is not responsible for honoring or replacing lost, stolen, or expired certificates.
5. All Sales Final
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be made.
Items are sold “as is” and without warranties, either express or implied.
6. Disputes and Liability
The Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation is not liable for any disputes arising between donors and winning bidders after the auction.
Participants release and hold harmless the Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation and its affiliates from any claim arising in connection with participation.
