Safelane Fire Truck Driver Training is donating one full DZ licence course.
Our course is job specific, and is safety oriented. We have our own fully enclosed crew cab Spartan fire truck.
We will provide you with the lessons and materials to learn and apply all areas of inspecting, reporting, and driving a fire truck. The student will learn a proper MTO air brake and pre-trip inspection, HTA related to emergency vehicles, NFPA standards related to fire apparatus, MOL section 21 guidance notes related to working with fire apparatus. Your course will include pre and post course handbooks, classroom and in truck training, and use of truck for road test. This is a custom one on one course valued at $999. Other members can be added at a discounted rate. Training can be completed at your location using your station and truck (mileage fee may apply). More info on our website www.safelane.ca
Scheduling of class will be agreed upon by both Safelane Fire Truck Driver Training and the host fire department. Course must be scheduled and completed within one year of auction date.
