Serbia Chamois Hunting & Sightseeing Tour (August–January; best period November–December)

Season and overview-Season: August–January-Best period: November–December-Chamois hunting available in two regions: - Carpathian chamois (eastern Serbia)
-Balkan chamois (western Serbia)-Notes: Chamois hunting is possible only if a hunter is the one shot; as an additional game, the following animals may be hunted in sequence: red stag, fallow deer, mouflon, racka sheep, or feral goat.

Itinerary (sample timeline)
Day 1-Arrival: Reception at Belgrade airport
- Transfer to hotel (Carpathian region near Bor Lake, or Balkan region in Bajina Bašta)-Dinner and overnight.

Day 2–4: Hunting days-Full-day hunt from 07:00 to afternoon-Return to hotel, lunch, dinner, overnight.

Day 5 -After breakfast, transfer to Zaječar-Sightseeing, then continuation to Felix Romuliana (Roman emperor’s palace) (Carpathian region) or transfer to Mokra Gora-Ride the Sargan Eight narrow-gauge railway (optional)-Visit Drvengrad (wooden town of film director Emir Kusturica)-Lunch (Balkan region) or as arranged-Return to hotel and free time-Dinner and overnight.

Day 6-After breakfast, transfer to Belgrade-Visit Kalemegdan Fortress and Military Museum-Visit Church of Saint Sava-City tour and lunch at a renowned Belgrade Restaurant-Continue to Novi Sad (afternoon) for Carpathian region or a Fruska Gora monasteries tour (recommended for Balkan region)-Lunch en route (if applicable)-Arrival in Novi Sad, city visit and Petrovaradin Fortress (Balkan region)-Dinner in a local restaurant or at the hotel, overnight.

Day 7-Transfer to Belgrade airport for departure.

Hunting details-Chamois species: -Carpathian chamois (eastern Serbia)-Balkan chamois (western Serbia)-Habitat: Canyon terrain, altitude 400–1,500 m above sea level-Physical condition: Not physically demanding compared to other chamois hunts.
