“Norfolk BBQ is a small batch BBQ sauce that uses premium local ingredients from small producers in Norfolk County including maple syrup, apple cider and cider vinegar. The flavour is a delicious balance of sweet & tangy with a little heat. You can eat the sauce on sandwiches, bacon & eggs, pizza or ribs, etc. It’s very versatile! Norfolk BBQ started in August 2020 and is already for sale in 17 stores and on menus in 5 restaurants. Chad Steele is the creator of the sauce and the donor. The sauce retails for $10 per bottle, so a total value of $30 for three bottles (375mL each).”
