Rain Policy / Terms and Conditions
If one ATP World Tour match is completed or 90 minutes of continuous play has taken place on Centre Court in any one session, that session is considered complete and therefore no exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued.
In the event that less than one ATP World Tour match or less than 90 minutes of continuous play is completed on Centre Court due to weather or other acts beyond our control all paid Level 100, Level 200 and Level 300 session tickets may be exchanged by the original purchaser for a session on the following day or the ticket value of paid tickets (less processing and delivery fees) may be used as a credit towards a future session of tennis of the same year's event. If final Sunday is cancelled/rained-out, Sunday tickets will be honoured for the rescheduling of ATP World Tour match. Parking, lounge and suite access is only available for the original sessions purchased. Exchanges take place on site at the Box Office only. All exchanges are subject to availability.
There are no exchanges for Premium Series tickets, Chairman's Lounge tickets, Champions Packages or complimentary tickets.
A portion of paid corporate Private Suites will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year's event. Each purchaser will be contacted following the event.

Any bag, container or package will be checked prior to entering the grounds. All persons entering the grounds will be subject to search. Please leave any unnecessary items at home or in your vehicle. Glass containers, bottles, cans, weapons, bicycles, rollerblades, pets, noisemakers, laser pointers or any other objects deemed unsatisfactory by the management of the Rogers Cup are strictly prohibited on the grounds. Food and water is permitted on site but must abide by the rules above.
While we do allow cameras to be brought on site, no flash photography is allowed while play is in session. Tripods, monopods, camcorders and laptops are not allowed. If found at the gate, you will be asked to return these items to your vehicle before entry is permitted. We ask that photographs at Centre Court only be taken from your seat or behind the railing, and that it not interfere with any other guest's enjoyment of the match.
Tennis Canada management reserves the right to remove from or refuse entry to the premises those visitors breaking any law or regulation, without compensation.

- If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an automatic email of congratulations with the details of the prize you have won. You will also receive an invoice from the OTA.
- In 2 business days, the Credit Card you used to sign up for bidding will be charged and your item will be shipped to the mailing address on file. Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Ontario Tennis Association (OTA) Online Auctions.
By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide to them.
1. Total Sales Price: The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price of the item as well as shipping costs.
All Sales are final.
2. Shipping & Packing:
We ship to locations around the World via Canpar.

3. Methods of Payments: We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse credit card shipments to foreign addresses if they do not go to the verified billing address.
All international bidders are responsible for taxes (VAT) and duties imposed by their governments upon receipt of the items.
4. Payment Due: Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and must be done by the Buyer no later than 2 business days after the auction. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer.
Any item that has not been paid within 2 business days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau.
5. Winning Bid: The highest bidder shall be the buyer.
6. Under no circumstances shall the Ontario Tennis Association (OTA) be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone’s internet service, technical or software problems during online bidding. The OTA will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
The OTA is not responsible for any bids placed "accidentally" or by "mistake" from any source.
7. Withdrawal Prior to Sale: The OTA reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
