If you are not yet aware John and Laura’s home has been heavily impacted by black mold. Their insurance company has denied their claim, as has the homebuilder. The cost of restoring their home is massive! Remediation costs, content removal (recovery not included) will exceed $60,000. This does not include basement rebuild, which is estimated at $40,000+.
To try and help this wonderful family out we will be running a live online auction! All funds raised will go to helping the family with their hotel bill, legal fees, and other expenses while they try to get their lives back together.... all while John is working in the healthcare field during a pandemic! Please check out the lots, and bid with your heart to help out a truly worthy cause!
As this is a community fundraiser, there will be no buyers premium applied, all funds raised will be going to this family! Buyers paying by credit card, will be charged a 3% convenience fee to recover costs only!
