Cancer Gets LOST

Cancer Gets LOST, co-founded by Jo Garfein and Jared Wong, is a 501c3-sponsored nonprofit that raises money for various cancer charities via online auctions of rare and autographed pop culture collectibles. We focus on channeling all fandoms toward the greater good!

CGL has worked with and donated auction proceeds to respected charities such as the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, the National Brain Tumor Society, American Cancer Society, CURE Childhood Cancer, The Pablove Foundation, Colorectal Cancer Alliance, Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer.

* CGL has non-profit, tax exempt status thanks to a fiscal sponsorship by FJC: A Foundation of Philanthropic Funds (FJC.org). FJC is a public charity that provides management of charitable giving. They have earned a top 4-star rating on Charity Navigator.

For this, our 2024 Cancer Gets Lost Charity Auction, CGL will be donating 100% of the proceeds (every cent raised) to the children's brain cancer charity Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
